Designed by Costas Kondylis & Partners, a firm known for building modern residential skyscrapers, Atelier has a modern refined appearance. The all-glass façade is interrupted by 4 two-story “white façade elements” that protrude from the corners of the north and south sides of the building and extend approximately three quarters the length on the each side of the building. The building is certainly striking and has a definite “high-tech” appearance.
